Step 2: Clicking “Schedule” will bring you to a screen with the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas customer service phone number. Step 3: Use your phone to call 866-823-3790. This will put you in
contact with a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arkansas concierge service member to
assist you with scheduling an appointment. *Note* The “Call Now” feature will not work from a desktop unless you
a phone application installed.
